Near Aya Sofia, just up the road from the Basilica Cistern, lies a break from doner kebabs and bombas. Dubb Indian Restaurant takes up three floors of a building on the corner of a side street in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul. You have a choice of dining inside, out on a terrace level, or on the street al fresco. We chose to sit outside and watch people either ignore or get sucked in by the touts of the Turkish restaurants along the alley way.
